How to set up BI publisher

How to set up BI publisher
------------------------------

1. Create directory where you want place BI Publisher Zip file.
2. Download the BI Publisher report from Oracle Download Link.
 http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html
3.  unzip BI_Publisher_Trial_linux_32-64bit_generic.zip into the above created folder.
4. setenv JAVA_HOME 
5. Execute script from the current folder sh configureBIP.sh   from 

   BI_Publisher_Trial folder where u Unzipped.

6.  
 Enter a userid for the Administrator user: xelsysadm
 Enter a password for the Administrator user:Welcome1
 Confirm password:Welcome1

 you can now access access BI Publisher at: https://localhost:7002/xmlpserver
 
 you can see port from logs of script file.
 
7.  Identify the oim_product_BIP11gReports_11_1_2_1_0.zip file from 

    your OIM Installation folders.
   ex: ORACLE_HOME/server/reports/oim_product_BIP11gReports_11_1_2_1_0.zip

8. unzip this file into BI_Publisher_Trial/repository/Reports

9. refresh UI
10. From browser access BI Publisher and go to Administration->Data Sources->

     JDBC Connection->Add Data Source
   Data source Name : OIM JDBC
   Driver Type:  Oracle 11G
   Database driver class: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
   connection String:jdbc:oracle:thin:@LOCALHOST:5521:sid
   Username:schema_name
   Password:PASSWORD
   
   
11. Navigate to catalog- >  Shared Folder -> Oracle Identity manager
  From here you can see all OIm related reports.
